For you to not have one of these palettes in your kit is crazy talk. They are completely magnetic and will work with any of your metal bottomed powders, shadows, etc. The "mirror" is actually a stainless steel palette which is a major bonus AND it's manufactured in a way that those magnets that can be so pesky in other palettes will not deactivate any of your electronic cards which may come into contact with the palette during transfer. This is a must !
