I absolutely LOVE the blue shade of this, it has real staying power.
This mini eyeliner packs a real punch. It is rich, and vibrant, and long lasting. I use the blue frequently. Worn to an outdoor summer wedding, it lasted from 8am to 11 pm, without wearing off - even on the waterline. I did not reapply. I am not normally a fan of Avon makeup, but THIS is a top notch product I would recommend to anyone. *Note - I have extremely sensitive eyes, and this did NOT agitate my eyes or make them water, so from a personal perspective I'd say that this product is safe to use on sensitive users.*
