This design is with gel, calgel, easy to replicate with polish, but would recommend doing this in gel so the fruits are raised, stay put better with gel cover as opposed to polish top coat.

For these fruits I didn't draw them on, they are 3d, so I bought them, There clay fimo, you can buy them on ebay, super cheap, you just have to cut them up.
