I start in the middle of my lash line and do light strokes then build it up. To get my wing I kinda make a triangle on the outer corner of my eye. I recommend the milani eye tech liquid eyeliner. It's soooooo easy to use, try it out with that. I think I might make a video showing how to achieve this look, not sure yet?
