How's OCC nail polish quality?

It's so so, I did a review on it that I'll post here once the product is available. Pretty much I wanted to love it and ended up disliking it so much I took it off right after this photo.
It applied really sheer, needed 3 generous coats to get opaque, dried really slow - it actually took so long that my nails got knicked a bit and that's why I removed it. :(
(I'm buying a few more to see if they get any better)
