Why wasn't this in my life sooner?

I've been making my own tinted moisturizers a lot lately mixing part moisturizer and my foundation and lately I've been using BB Cream (which has been compared to being "like" tinted moisturizer) but nothing is compared to the real thing. It's not heavy and blends in beautifully, I was surprised how perfect it was for my skin tone (NW30) and how it just made my skin look even and just overall better looking. Since San Diego has just been really heating up lately, this is perfect just in time for the summer heat. :) LOVE IT

LASTS A LONG TIME!

I have a Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Extreme Wear polish in Mint Sorbet and honestly it comes off very opaque and pigmented. Dried pretty quickly but oh gosh does it last. When I first put it on, I painted my fingernails and it lasted two straight weeks without chipping. This was last month, but for this past month I've been wearing the same nailpolish because it still has not chipped. ONE MONTH! There's slight chipping on the cuticle BUT if you look at my toe nails it looks like they're freshly painted. Definite staying power and pigmentation which I looove. I'll go back and buy another color I love the polish that much. Definite staying power, definite pay off and DEFINITELY affordable.

I think what makes this product really great is the price, it's difficult to find inexpensive brow wax with/out the powder. I feel like my brows won't fall out of place within hours of placing the wax on. I use the lighter brown to fill in my brows and it's really the perfect shade. The colors are nicely pigmented that I also make the powders multipurpose i.e. to set my brown cream eyeliner or brown pencil eyeliner on the waterline.

Why wasn't I using this sooner?

I started using this product regularly last month after using a sample from Sephora. You don't need a lot to feel coverage but it goes on very smooth. If you apply too much by accident you can easily blend it out unlike some drugstore moisturizers that you have to rub your face red to get rid of the white streaks. Great to apply with foundation for the tinted moisturizer route.

If you get past the messy part of it, you should be good.

Definitely inexpensive at $3 compared to Laura Mercier and MUF translucent powders but the issue is the powder itself. Don't get me wrong this powder is great, you only need a light application with a powder brush to get the desired affect. The product comes with a plastic sifter however, the powder is really really fine. Tons come out of the sifter and if you're not careful it could get out all over your table and on the black container itself. Remember since the product is white, the container starts to look ashy. So you have to be careful and not really toss the product around, again remember that the product is super fine and there's a plastic sifter, so when you open it *poof powder. I'm only saying this because if you can deal with a bit of mess, then you'll love this product.

If the $ didn't stop me.

I got the sample size from a Sephora online purchase and I looooved it. I wore it out to a friends birthday party and they asked if I was wearing false lashes. I already have long thick lashes but with this product it makes my lashes look fuller, black and thicker all without clumping and flaking. However, I'm still debating on purchasing the full size tube because I can't seem to agree to $18 mascara. But if the money wasn't the issue, I'd buy more tubes in a heartbeat.

I Wanted to Love it BUT....

no matter how little I applied, it would crease on me. I had three little travel sizes of the UDPP from the Alice in Wonderland, NYC, and Naked palette. I finally decided to give these a try after my Too Faced Shadow Insurance ran out. I was excited to use it since everybody and their mamma on YouTube raaaave about it. The texture is especially creamy compared to TFSI. But I did hear that if you put too much it will crease, so I was wary and tried not to apply too much but I creased but by the end of the day. No matter how little I tried to apply there was definite creasing on one of my eyelids. I really did try to make it work but creasing didn't stop. Had to give them away.

When applying on this product, it's light but gives enough coverage to feel moisturizing. Product lasts a really long time. But if you can deal with the smell (reminds me of my Grandma's old powder) you can definitely love this product.

I've been using Burts Bees for yeeeeears and have gone through tubes of this product. Right when you apply it an instant mint-tingly sensation runs throughout your lips. Always the first thing I put on before applying other lip products.

I use it for everything

Boosting color, refreshing makeup, fixing that accidental cakey look, the list goes on.. I love how you don't need a full pump but really repeated small mists to see how great to get the desired affect with less product. Honestly, my routine is not complete with this product.
