Purchased this lip liner in Tiramisu after watching MasqueradeMakeup use this product in her videos almost all the time, and these lip liners are amazing. First of all they're very smooth and glide on nicely, secondly, they're pretty pigmented, and lastly they have amazing staying power. They're now one of my favorite lip liners. :)
The brush is pretty small but it's perfect to get all the little lashes that you need to reach on the top and bottom lashes. Sometimes I feel that the brush is a bit too small and you'll need to hold onto it a bit awkwardly to get the right effect but hey, this product is worth it because: 1) inexpensive for high end mascaras at $11 (some loreal mascaras can get around that price), 2) smudge proof 3)doesn't clump.
This product has a thin mousse-like consistency on the lips and it's especially pigmented. I have this Addis Ababa which is a hot pink color. This has amazing staying power. Recommended.
Was hesitant at first to buy this blush due to it's price ($28) , but luckily received this blush after my friend decided to purge this product out of her collection. For some reason. I've recently fallen in love with this blush as it gives a very healthy glow to the skin. On days that I've worn it, I received complements on my glowing cheeks. The blush also has an interesting perfumed smell to it, which I haven't quite decided if I like or not. I have no issues with the packaging and no issues with the product overall.
Ol Faithful
Carmex is the kind of product when you know you're having something going on with your lips and you need a remedy, Carmex is your product. It works, it truly does. Smells medicinal but hey, it's not trying to be fancy at all. Moisturizing lip balm that definitely heals cracked lips or if you're like me gets a dry patch during the winter.
It works
I found that both blush and bronzer are extremely powdery and the bronzer itself isn't really pigmented. Since I'm more tan, the shimmer of the bronzer showed up on my skin more than the color. I do have to say that the blush is comparable to the NARS Orgasm blush, but not a complete dupe. However, the mirror that comes in this compact is amazing. It's not small that your face fits into a small round mirror, but it's such a good quality that you can see yourself clearly in that mirror. It's a good touch up mirror.
I would say for $3 it's good but not amazing. For those who want the cheaper alternative end, I would recommend this product.
Wow
I was simply in awe when I put this product on for the first time. 1) its really moisturizing 2) it's super pigmented 3) I felt like I didn't need anything else.
I have this in Red Velvet and usually reds are a tricky color and it manages to look amazing and wearable. I'm the type that usually puts on a layer of lip balm first but I noticed that with this product you don't necessarily need the layer of lip balm or anything, this product will look good by itself. It's so good, you'll find yourself wanting another one.
The pump could be way better
I have noticed a difference in my makeup after using this product. But the pump gets stuck whenever I push it at a certain pressure, which then I have to pull the pump back out so I can continue. It gets pretty frustrating, since you want to have a quick spritz. I wish that it was just my own defective pump but some of my friends that have this product have also told me that they have the same problem as well. For $30 and working with Skindinavia, I wasn't expecting a proble in the pump. Docked a star for it, but otherwise the spray is excellent.
This lipstick isn't any different from MAC Lipsticks; creamy and long wearing. It just has Lady Gaga's and Cyndi Lauper's name signed onto the tube. Gaga's lipstick is a frosty pink and too light for my skin tone. I spice it up with some red lip liner and it works just fine.
I have thick black eyebrows and I've found that this product works way better than having wax on my eyebrows. This eyebrow mascara works a lot better and stays on for awhile.
