Help! Dry skin around eyes!?

Hi I've included a pic the my under eye with concealer why does this happen? Anyone know what it is? Dry skin? Tiny bumps that grab product 😞 sorry if the pic is too close for comfort I'm trying to get advice.

Clinique has very rich eye creams, and I highly recommend them. I would go to the Clinique counter at the mall and tell them your concerns and they'll find you the perfect one for your needs. Or just visit cliniques website, either way, the eye creams are magnificent.
