So I am graduating on May 30. I like to plan things out before hand. I have blue eyes and glasses also I'm 15 years old. I want makeup that is dramatic but wearable. So if you have any ideas that would be awesome. Thanks :)

I like the first one with the colored liner under your eye. I used to do that all the time in middle school with blues, greens, purples etc. I wore eyeglasses back then and it really made my eyes pop.
