I have milia underneath my eyes which hasn't even been a problem or been annoying but now I have it getting increasingly worse on my cheekbone area. Want to solve before end of summer! Oh and I'm not using and pore-clogging washes or moisturizers.

A chemical exfoliant helps greatly with Milia!
( it scarier than it sounds but its way more gentle than a scrub. )
Neutrogenas Rapid Clear Line has one. It's the rapid clear lotion with 2% BHA. It uses salicylic acid which can exfoliate as deep down into the pores. Works great for milia!

She told me to:
-drink more water
-exfoliate regularly. I use my Clarisonic Mia and noxema scrub (when I don't use the Mia). So I'm exfoliating like daily
-use a gentle cleanser (I use cethaphil with my Clarisonic) or one with exfoliating properties like with AHA or BHA in it.
-moisturize well
Hold you head up!

That's amazing Symone! I'll try some of those products and hopefully it'll get better!

Kitty do you mean the gel? I've used almost every product in that line (I'm a true neutrogena fan)

I've had milia twice on my face and both times they've extracted it during facials with a special tool.

The Konjac Sponge is amazing when it comes to gentle exfoliation
