If you're in a lot of discomfort and its spreading then you should go to the doctor. My advice is to abstain from touching it as much as you can and cause you don't know what it is, I wouldn't put anything on it until the doc sees it. I hope you'll feel better soon :)

It looks like a food allergy, I'd get some steroids or steroid cream, they work really well. But I'd go to the doctor as it may be measles or scarlet fever.

Ok, so I went to the doctor but it's all gone now, on its own. Nobody knew what it was. It'll remain a mystery for the years to come! Lol thanks for the concern :)
