I am looking for a dress for my 21st birthday! I will be throwing myself a party so I want two, one for the day and one for night. The day one I want people to be like "she looks gorgeous!" And the night I want them to say "Dang!!"
I have been looking everywhere and I can't find any that catch my attention.
Prefer them to be tight, maybe black, dark blue, burgundy...

You could try charlotte russe, h&m, old navy, forever 21, urban outfitters, etc... They all have pretty dresses :)

If you are going to be drinking I would recommend something with straps. so that you don't have to worry about pulling it up every minute. and if you are going to be drinking pulling you dress up is a pain.
