To me that hair looks like a grey blonde with a few highlights...

Find a good purple shampoo. You apply it to dry hair and let it sit for 10-15 mins then wash it out. The purple color neutralizes orangey, brassy tones. My favorite purple shampoo is Matrix So Silver. It works great!

But that's for super blonde hair and those shampoos strip your hair and can make it more brassy sometimes

To me it looks like her natural hair and this colors are very hard to obtain, also they fade fast and leave a copper tint.
I think it can be done just by tonning bleached hair, but not sure:-)

It takes many uses to make your hair super blonde; if you use it once or twice it would be perfect! It does dry it out a little but then just use a good conditioner after. And I've never had a problem with hair becoming more brassy.

I'm a bit skeptical about the purple shampoo, I've used it before and it didn't work

I wouldn't use anything ash. Because it turns green, or gray.

That's nearly identical to my current color. Violet based toner and I love Pravana Light Purple Shampoo...I never get brassy.

I'd also get a new hairdresser. :/ Not to be unkind.

You need to definitely lift your hair color at least 2-3 shades lighter to get the ashy results.

I always tone my hair a more ashy/cool tone and do so by buying a small thing of Wella hair toner from a beauty supply store and a small thing of developer. The brand is not specific but I use a T-18 toner which makes it a cool ashy color. I think for what you want you should go one shade cooler than what I use. Ask whoever is working at the beauty supply to help you out with picking the stuff. All you will do is apply the toner onto all of your hair and then leave it for like 25 min then rinse it out! If this doesn't work/give you something you like more you might have to lighten your hair and repeat!

As a hairstylist I can say to you that it looks like you are about the right level (lightness of the hair) the tone is just off. You should have tone it with an ash blonde toner, make sure it's something violet/blue based. Violet tones out yellow/brassy tones and a little blue will help tone out any remaining oranges, even if they are subtle they could be causing you a problem. I understand this post is old do this advice is long passed bring useful to you. But as I just ran across it, other people are bound to as well and hopefully find this post helpful.
