Try to calm it down by putting calamine lotion on it if that doesn't work see a doctor! It is probably as Gisell said a allergic reaction or possibly as skin irritation

It could just be really dry itchy skin. I've had something similar on my cheek and so I went and bought jojoba oil and I haven't had a problem since.

Oh okay. Well then mine just must of been dry skin lol. I'm glad the calamine worked for you! my dry itchy skin was driving me crazy before I got it under control lol.
