If I should do oil slick hair. My hair is medium dark brown and my friends are telling me that it would look really good but I don't know...

This is what it looks like. For those who don't know, oil slick hair is hair color that is sheer on top of your hair so that the color catches the light when you move. I think it would be fun but also subtle but I don't know if it would look good.
