Hi! I'm so glad you checked out my blog! And thank you, I enjoyed doing that tutorial :)
As for my skin, it's probably a combination of a few different things:
-camera flash
-having a good day where my skin was particularly smooth
-maybe i was using a highlight? I don't remember, but the only one I have and use is Prestige Skin-Loving Minerals "Pure Shimmer"
