Started with liquid and powder overlays. 'Tuttu Frutti' CND Shellac on all except accent nail. On accent- CMD Shellac 'cream puff' then using a decoupage tattoo (craft store) applied to cured shellac then traced over design with CND Shellac 'blackpool'... I love using different things on the nail to get a specific design (these decoupage tattoos made doing my dominate hand a breeze)
